Janet Jackson Becomes New Face of Nutrisystem

Janet Jackson is always battling with her weight even since she was a 10-years-old little girl, and she absolutely an expert on diet and weight-loss issues. Now she becomes the new face and body of famed American weight loss company Nutrisystem, and she can help others with the battle with the bulge.

In the photo, Janet wears simple black T-shirt and jeans, but she wears beads crafts bracelets on both hands. She looks healthy and happy.

The 45-year-old discussed being the new spokeswoman on Good Morning America, today.

Dressed in a chic white suit, she told host Juju Chang that she endorses the program because it encouraged maintenance, which is essential in the weight-loss process.

'It’s a matter of learning how to keep it off, that maintenance and they have a program for that,' she said. 'My success plan is to be healthy and feel good about me.'

The superstar singer also opened up about her body image, discussing her years of self-consciousness. And years and years later at the peak of her career, when she was super slim and toned and showing off her figure in an midriff baring tops, Janet was still not happy with herself.

'It stemmed from when I was a kid, being a baby of the family, you know you get teased,' she said. 'And Michael (Jackson) would tease?' questioned Chang, referring to Janet's revelations in her book True You: A Journey to Finding and Loving Yours, that her late brother used to joke about her size.
